• At this time, Gazelle's Action Apparel Company ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Gazelle's Action Apparel Company ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, unless otherwise arranged. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 2 business days. Delivery times do not include processing days.

The merchandise may be mailed back to us, or returned to our physical location in Madison, Wisconsin. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. Also, please note if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. We recommend you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; and 2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and 3. The merchandise must be accompanied by either the original Gazelle's Action Apparel Company receipt or the return form included in the original shipment.
